The Institution has sustained all its inbuilt practices and enhanced itself by adding
new ventures after its first assessment. It has established Assurance mechanism
incorporating planning, monitoring and ensuring appropriate implementation, reviewing
and evaluating the set up formally. Gender sensitization concerns, women empowering
avenues and motivating students towards self entrepreneurship through workshops,
seminars, talks/lecture, and interface with resource persons in their respective
fields are being carried out very regularly. The college is maintaining excellent
relationship with all stakeholders and neighborhood communities. They not only form
part of the activities but are contribute in all the deliberations. Faculty and
students together are maintaining strong linkages with NGO’s, GO’s, rural areas,
rehabilitation centers in their extension activities through active participation
of N.S.S. units and departmental activities. Blood donation mela, tree plantation
drives, environment protection initiatives, Polio mission, health check-up camps
in rural areas, rallies on social issues are regular features. District administration
is involved in all the pursuits, cultural programmes as well as in meetings related
to employee and student welfare.

FOUNDER’S DAY: The day is celebrated each year on the 5th January and is marked by the following events-
Blood Donation Mela -The College has been organizing ‘Blood Donation Mela’ since 1978 on 5th January, every year. This event is coordinated by The Indian Red Cross Society, New Delhi and M.M.G. Hospital, Ghaziabad collect the Blood Units. For the last eleven years, since 1999, each year, the college has been receiving award for providing the maximum number of blood units amongst all Women Colleges of the entire nation to Indian Red Cross Society, New Delhi

Preetibhoj
The College has been organizing ‘Preeti-bhoj’ for all on every 5th January with
an aim to step into a caste and creed free society. On this occasion, managing committee
members, guests, medical team, staff members and students all join to relish the
lunch. The event is funded by the Honorable Secretary of the College Management
Committee, Seth Ashok Kumar.
Student Exhibitions
Students display their Arts and Science Projects in various forms on Social and
Cultural themes, Scientific Principles and Current Issues. They also showcase their
ideas through still and live performances on occasion of the College Founders’ Day.
ANNUAL FUNCTION & PRIZE DISTRIBUTION DAY- The function is organized on 6th February each year. The students look forward to the annual cultural programme that symbolizes the coming together of vibrant colours. The function is marked by dances, dramas, ballets, fashion shows and most importantly, the annual prize distribution to the meritorious students.
COLLEGIATE / INTER-COLLEGIATE DEBATE is organized each year. This promotes and develops comprehension, analytical and communication skills in students.
N.S.S- Two units of N.S.S. are running in our college (200 volunteers). These units provide community services, literacy programmes, rural extension programmes, and awareness camps on voluntary basis under the guidance of Programme officers. A seven day camp is organized each year in rural areas and plenty of out-reach programmes are organized for the benefit of society. N.C.C- One unit of N.C.C (160 CADETS) functions actively in college. They are engaged in activities to promote communal harmony, patriotism, national service, self-discipline and social service. Students attend training camps and participate in R-D parade.
