Post Graduate Courses
Grant - in - aid Courses:
Eligibility:
- It is necessary for the candidate to complete graduationfor admission infirst year of Post graduation program.
- It is necessary for the candidate to have the same language (subject) in graduationfor the admission in MA Hindi/English.
- For the admission in MA with non-practical subjects like Political Science, the merit will be issued after the deduction of 5% in their total percentage for the students who have not passed the examinations in the same subject but are eligible according to the eligibility criteria.
- For the admission in MA with practical subject like Music, the candidate must have the same subject at graduation level and must have obtained at least 50% marks with second division in the same subject but it is not applicable for SC/ST candidate, their eligibility is only getting passed but their admission will be taken according to the merit.
- For the admission in PG in any non-practical subjects, the gap of more than four years will not be allowed/accepted.
All the rules for admission are as per the admission rules of Chaudhary Charan Singh University, in addition to passing at the graduate level, the reservation rules set by the Government of Uttar Pradesh are also applicable.
ii. Professional Courses:
M.Ed.The present M.Ed. programme is of two-year programme which has been designed on the current guidelines of NCTE, NCERT, UGC and MHRD with the view to make the student-teachers reflective practitioners.
Seats: 27 (One unit of 25 students+2 EWS students)
Admissions in the course are taken based on M.Ed. Entrance Test results conducted by CCS University, Meerut and counselling. All the rules for admission are as per the admission rules of Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut and the reservation rules set by the Government of Uttar Pradesh are also applicable.
M.Com of Commerce (Self Finance)
Masters of Commerce is a 2-year post-graduate level course. Candidates who wish to make a career in banking financial services and insurance (BFSI) as well as accounting and commerce sectors, opt it.

Eligibility
For M. Com admission, the aspirant wanting to pursue should have an average of 45% or above in the Bachelor’s Degree of commerce from any recognized university.
Job prospects
After finishing the courses there are numerous opportunities for the students to enter various fields like C.A, C.S, I.C.W.A, Banking, B.P.O, Marketing, Accountants, Insurance sector, and other related fields.
ii. M.Sc. (H.Sc.) Food and Nutrition:
Masters of Home Science is a 2-year post-graduate level course. Candidates who wish to make a career in Food and Nutrition opt it.

For M.Sc.H.Sc. admission, the aspirant wanting to pursue should have an average of 50% or above in the Bachelor’s Degree of Home science from any recognized university.
Job Prospects:
After finishing the courses there are numerous opportunities for the students to enter various fields like Dietician; Nutritionists in Health clinic; Food scientists in Processing units; Health counsellors; Executive Chef; Medical Coder; Food Product Executives; Nutrition Program Planner in developmental agencies, government programmes and international agencies;Food inspector and Food scientist in Research and development in food industries and other related field.
